HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be purchased by another customer until you have completed your purchase.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

Here at Bluebottle, we offer standard delivery to all countries. All orders will be shipped to doorstep. On the day of delivery, our couriers will advise you on the approximate time frame they will be delivering your order.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We are currently offering €5 worldwide standard delivery without minimum purchase amount and free for orders over €150.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?

A confirmation email will be sent to you after you place your order.

Payment will be deducted once you receive our confirmation email. In rare situation that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Bluebottle only accept exchange for defected goods within 7 days upon receiving.
Please note that BLUEBOTTLE do not allow return or exchange for colors, designs or sizes.
